Thank you for choosing Kipruto Safaris for your travel adventure. Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your relationship with us.
1. Booking Terms
1.1 By making a booking with Kipruto Safaris, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kipruto Safaris.
2. Booking Requirements
2.1 To make a booking, you must provide the following:
Full names of all travelers as per passport or identification documents.
Contact details, including email and phone number.
Any special requests or dietary requirements.
2.2 For group bookings, a designated group leader must provide the details for all participants.
3. Booking Confirmation
3.1 A booking will only be confirmed once the required deposit is received (see Section 4).
3.2 Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed itinerary and invoice.
3.3 It is your responsibility to review the details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation.
4.2 The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the travel date.
4.3 For bookings made less than 30 days before travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.4 Payment can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or credit/debit card.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date received by Kipruto Safaris.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 60 days before travel: No charge, but the deposit is non-refundable.
14–59 days before travel: 30% of the total booking cost.
14–2 days before travel: 40% of the total booking cost.
Less than 48 hours before travel to no-show: Up to 50% of the total booking cost.
5.2 Cancellation by Kipruto Safaris:
In the unlikely event that Kipruto Safaris cancels your booking, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value.
5.3 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date, less any applicable fees.
6. Complaints
6.1 If you have a complaint during your trip, you must notify your tour guide or driver immediately.
6.2 If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact our office directly via phone or email.
6.3 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the trip ends to allow us to investigate and respond appropriately.
6.4 Kipruto Safaris is committed to addressing all complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Liability Release Clause
7.1 We have attached a copy of our liability release clause, which you may review and sign as needed.
